Installed LCM 5 yesterday. Had a minor problem so I called CompliancepartsLLC and spoke to Richard. He walked me through and helped rectify the issue. Today another problem arose and I succeeded to mangle a part, so I called Richard again. He offered to send replacements for the mangled part and again gave thorough instructions on how to fix the problem.. He was very personable and knowledgeable, not to mention patient and cheerful. I highly recommend them to do business with.
