I would like to let any-one that is considering doing business, on a Derale part, to reconsider that purchase as they are selling faulty, fan controllers, and they know that their items are faulty.
I would assume they had a large quantity made overseas and found out that the run, is bad and have been sticking the performance community, with there poorly manufactured items.

I gave Mike Murphy all of my purchase reciepts on 4-5-2017 via email, and he said, I would be getting a new unit.

I called 2 weeks ago, to get an update. Supposed, to ship out.

Saw nothing, heard nothing, 2 emails sent.

Now this post.
