northamericantuning.com - warning to buyers
I ordered a set of four leave-in pucks from these guys. Three of them were fine but the fourth one has the snap-in part prongs too close together (obviously intended for a different car model). With the prongs closer together it won't snap into the spot on the Vette where it's supposed to. OK, I figure no bog deal I'll call and//or email northamericantuning.com and they'll swap the bad one out, right? Wrong. Emails go to a blackhole never to be replied to (and no they aren't going to a spam folder as I don't filter email). Phone calls likewise go to voicemail, whereupon I leave a message and never hear back from them.
These guys apparently have zero customer service, so my suggestion is to stay away from ordering from them. If you get unlucky enough to get the wrong part it's unlikely you'll ever be able to get the situation remedied.

People just love to roll vendors under the bus.

Thanks for that tip - I contacted RPI who has a better channel to NAT and got them moving on the replacement, which is inbound. So looks like it will finally be resolved satisfactorily. Not sure why their voicemail box and that general email don't seem to get any response - maybe they need to update their website contact information?
