Default Borla never again!

I had ordered a an exhaust from Marylandspeed in Janauary and still have not received that order. I contacted Borla on many occasions and their rep told me that they are working on the NPP issue with the exhaust and it will be shipped our next week, that was 5 months ago. Every week I contacted Maryland speed with the same result...borla will be shipping them.

Terrible experience with these companies. I just came to a point where I wanted my money back. Anyways, I still want an exhaust that wont take 8 months to make...recommendations appreciated. BTW North Korea sucks.

Update: Vendor reached out/called me and we are working on a solution for this. I will keep you informed on how everything turns out.
I had contacted borla several times on this and also posted a similar thread asking for assistance from their reps as advised by forum members...no response ever. When I called and talked to a borla rep on the phone it was basically : "you'll get it when we ship it".

Not to go dramatically off topic but what's the feeling like over by you?

PS Borla, or Corsa X pipe mixed with the stock catback is a nice solution. cheap too!

Good luck with everything my friend.

Best,
Gene

Go with Corsa x-pipe and axle back system . Sport if you want to keep it below insane. Xtreeme if you want't it crazy loud. I went with sport. That was good enough for me.

Hoping that lunatic gets some sanity before we have to give it to him! US defenses will protect you guys. I'm sure of it. Nevertheless, everyone must be on edge....

Gene every year the "supreme leader" makes these threats to the island, but he doesn't realize the consequences it will have for his people...he is an idiot. We have one of the most fortified US bases in the world....no worries here.

Billy Boat makes Fusion exhausts for the C7 Z06 that have the flaps in the exhaust for loud or more moderate sound if you want to retain the dual mode system.

I get many favorable comments on my HCI C6Z with Fusion III extreme exhaust.

Corsa is the sickest sound I've ever heard...

All I need to do is add a Borla X-pipe to mine and I'll be happy. No need to swap out the stock exhaust that already sounds great.

As others said, biggest gain is from x-pipe.

If you want just a little more sound and different tone, then axle back would do it but its not a huge gain overstock.
I don't know about Corsa but almost all other American manufactures have quality issues. uneven gaps between tips, tips not aligned,.....Its unfortunate but it is what it is.
If I would consider an exhaust at this point, I would try ArmyTrix.

Look at my post. I run the billy boat axle back sounds good and has flapper. Also it's 3 inch not 2.5 or 2.75 like others.

I've sold a few kits here and no complaints from customers

I have apologized for the delay. The valves have been an issue, delaying it, which the customer confirmed at the manufacturer. Supposedly they are fixed now and shipping. This order should go soon. If not we will cancel the order as agreed to with the customer. Thanks
