Default Racetronix Contact Information Needed

Does anybody know how to receive help from them or get in touch with somebody there? I can't find an email or phone number. Website referred me to their "private forum" which I joined and it's dead with no help there either.

Bought 2 items from them and having issues and no customer service?

I have joined their forum and made post, sent pm on here, emailed their sales team via website and have not had any response.

Thanks, Dave

Purchased and installed TU476 pump module and the IPH-008 intermediate harness in my 2006, car cranks and runs fine, but the gauge is reading backwards. Went to fill up and watched it go from 1/4 tank to E while adding gas.

Was unsure if harness was wrong or what? I wouldn't think so because I thought these read resistance, so pos/neg shouldn't matter?

Any ideas or help would be nice! I've searched and haven't find r anything with gauge reading backwards.

At some point they swapped the readings on the gas senders. It is also possible to install them upside down. Easiest way to fix it would be to go into HP tuners and adjust the tables to read correctly.

So you are saying either it's installed upside down on the module or the ecm is reading it backwards? And it's as easy as fixing it in the tune?

Thanks Unreal!

Reversing pos/neg on the sensor shouldn't matter.

Hopefully they just swapped signals going into the gauge and not the sending unit or the sending unit (rheostat) will be connected to the +5v reference and not ground. You could say it's intrinsically safe but I'd look into it a little more before reversing it in the tune.

They swapped the values in some year corvettes. Carson had the same issue. Easiest way is to tune it out. Look at 2013+ fuel sender tables compared to 2006 ones. They are inverted.
