RPI Buyers Beware
RPI Buyer Beware
This is my experience with this company which has poorly fitted designed parts and nonexistent customer service.
At the Carlisle Corvette Rally my car was a demo for Sweet Thunder Exhaust and I was a vendor there. Prior to going to this rally I ordered parts for my corvette thru RPI and was to pick them up at this rally.
I talked with Josh who is owner of RPI at the rally who agreed to install the side skirts but he would not install front splash guards. Now I see why he would not install the guards because they were poorly designed and did not fit correctly. When I went to install them I was missing hardware and instructions, besides the splash guard was designed incorrectly and does not fit curve of the car properly. I called RPI talked to Don and was told to send the parts back and I would be refunded my money. I was refunded my money minus $50.00. They said I was missing hardware (which they never gave me) and the guards were scratched and in addition I had to pay $25.00 for shipping too. This did not seem right to me so I contacted Don and requesting to talk to Josh the owner which Don informed me the owner did not want to talk to me or discuss this situation again. My total loss trying to do business with this company cost me $75.00 and I still had to ended up going to another company for my parts which by the way fit perfectly.
Therefore my experience with RPI SUCKS!!!!! And I would never recommend this company to anyone.
