Meraki Autoworks
Recently I got a great deal from Josh at Meraki Autoworks on a Borla x-pipe during the Black Friday special. Shipping to south Texas was very, very fast (almost Prime fast!).
But then, UPS screwed the pooch pretty good -- just as they did on many deliveries after the Thanksgiving holiday. I spent hours on the phone trying to figure out what was going on and where the package actually was, all to no avail. And that is where Josh stepped in and GOT. THINGS. DONE! He was able to (finally) arrange for me to pick it up from a UPS distribution center, which was something I wasn't able to get done due to their call volume and ineptitude.
I would not hesitate for a moment to make future purchases from Meraki. Fantastic deal, great service, and excellent communication. Thanks Josh!
