hmmm
Well, that's interesting. Three years later, 36 months, 1095 days later, this guy calls me out on the internet about a set of used american racing wheels from the 60's. And no, i don't normally sell parts out of my stash.
no email, no phone call, no pm here, no pictures, nothing, haven't communicated with the guy in any fashion since i followed his instructions and dropped off where and to the person he dictated. Mr Tait says the holes are distorted (elongated) and his tire co refuses to mount them.
so what is a reasonable returns policy if any in this situation? The bolt pattern may possibly be Unilug and designed to be elongated also.

Letter to Anthony:
Anthony, You seem to be running for cover via your excuse as to how long you should provide a buyer recourse when they have been scammed.
There is such a thing as discovery. In Alabama, recourse is one year from discovery.
Per Federal law, you misrepresented a product as good and safe to use over the internet. Via the internet, you engaged in interstate mail fraud ( a federal offense).
By your own admission, you are a CPA who also is a dealer in Auto Parts.
The intent is clear and your unwillingness to communicate with me is evidence of your intent to commit fraud over the Internet for profit.
I strongly urge you to refund my money and take back your defective and dangerous wheels. The wheels are not unilug and never had been. The wheels you sold me are NOT safe and if used could result in injury or death.

The fact is the wheels were not inexpensive; assumed to be as represented; not discovered as defective until I recently took them to have tires mounted and installed. The discovery was recent and upon discovery I have been attempting to communicate with Mr. Law. When a person knowingly deceives and uses the Internet to do so it is against the Law. This set of wheels was over $1000.00 and as such should have been as represented.
