Calling apsis for core refund

I have sent and you have received the cores for the following parts:
$275 --C5 Core Deposit - Center Console/Ash Tray
$250 --C5 Core Deposit - Waterall
$100 --C5 Core Deposit - Left Dash
$130 --C5 Core Deposit - Armrest
$100 --C5 Core Deposits - E-Brake Boot
$75 --C5 Core Deposits - E-Brake Handle
I have been waiting for the core deposit to be promptly refunded via paypal which (the original form of payment) is $930.
APSIS has ignored my messages. Moderators please step in and get the vendor to do his part.
Tracking number for all the core parts sent and that you received on 2/21/2018 from USPS is: 9534626560368047272168
