Default TMODcustoms Shipping Feedback

Lets start off 3-27-2018 I got a hold of TMODcustoms on the forums through his for sale section posting a upgraded Lower Shifter box for the C5 and C6 platforms. Several questions were ask and he answered. I asked if I could send mine to him and get a very fast turn around time because I daily my corvette and he said yes he could get in and out no problem. Im not going to go into detail I will post my messages if need be. but I sent the lower shifter box from my place in Texas to him in California with 1 day shipping. I sent the lower box on the 30th of March and it got there 1 day shipping the 31st of March but no one was there to pick up the package and sign for it. I was told by USPS that they left a notice for him to get package when I went ahead and had them redeliver the package. I checked the USPS site frequently and nothing it went into a freeze with it only saying out for delivery. I got a couple pm's from him stating he "knew" the post man yada yada and that no notice showed up and the postman didn't get a package. I really wanted to get this upgraded shifter in and test it out for him and do a full review because the reviews from other people (if they are even real) had good results but the review sucked. Im honestly willing to bet he got my package from the post man didn't sign for it and just took it and the postman took it as a lost package. Thats how I honestly feel at this point. now a days you can go to the designated post office and pick up a package. Something seems odd and off to me about this guy and his "business" and Yes I am going to sit here and call you out on your BS because as a customer I should feel like im getting quality service for something I paid for with my hard earned money. You never made it right and you never planned on making it right for me. Thankgod I got my money back from this POS and Im so glad I went ahead and got that paypal protection because if not I bet you would of just walked away with my cash. I only ever got a first name of Tom he made me sent it to some ladies Paypal address. Heck he even bs'ed about sending the money back to me the first time. but it all got squared away. Buyer beware. If you can wait 6 months to a year or more on a lower shifter box upgrade be my guest. as for me I now have to buy a MGW shifter setup. This not only put me in a bind but my wife as well. I had to get a rental for this 3-4 wait that i planned on and ended up with having to turn in the rental and use my wifes car for work. Im very pissed off to say the least. Also this guy is a vendor for this site and I still haven't gotten my lower box back yet and its 4-12-2018...

Brandon

I am very sorry for your trouble, I never received this package, I never got a notice to pick it up, I offered to do that, I would have been happy to pick it up from the post office or do anything else to help. I refunded the money the day it was requested, I bet it was within 12 hours or less. I received and sent multiple packages during the window of this delivery. I have known my postman personally for over 20 years, he assured me that it never made it to his hands.

I'm not just a vendor trying to make a buck, I have been a corvette owner for fifteen years, a forum member for over ten. I'm not making much on these shifter modifications, it's just something that I am capable of doing because of the equipment I have and because it worked well for myself so I wanted to make it available for everyone.

I'm happy to publish the PM's, I wouldn't do that without the permission of the customer, I hope it doesn't come to that. If there is any way I can help out please let me know.

While I am not able to thoroughly review all the new additions to this thread until late this evening, I'll say that personal information like address and paypal account info are unnecessary. I will leave you to remove that info in the meantime.

Brandon, I am very sorry for the situation. You are totally right I should not have said the money was refunded when it wasn't. My girlfriend handles the paypal account and I sent her a text to refund the money. She usually handles paypal transactions very quickly and I assumed it was handled. She let me know she was at work and wouldn't be able to do it for a while, when I knew that I let you know that. My apologies. I think she emailed you as well to let you know, but I don't think this is really the point anyways.

I think your money was refunded in a timely manner, was it not?

Do you think that I stole your shifter box? Is that why you are so upset?

I am sorry that I could not work on your shifter box as I never received it. I am glad you got the MGW, I bet its a great shifter. Stoked they threw in a shirt, that's awesome, I hope it fits.

The Transaction Feedback section is for the factual reporting of transactions, sometimes negative ones. Sometimes that results in emotions at a higher state. However, postings that contain hostility or unnecessary language will just be removed. Also removed will be other exchanges that are not related to the original transaction.

I've removed some such posts. I did not bother to parse the useful information from the objectionable parts. So, if there's information that needs to be restored, do so. Please be civil.

Does anyone have TMod's address in Apple Valley so I can return my core box? He's not answering to emails, Facebook messages, or PM's.
