Don’t make the same mistake I did trying to save a few bucks and order form these people. Absolute worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Emails aren’t returned. They do not answer the phone. They do not return voicemails. No updates on the status of your order. I’ve tried calling 22 times this week and not one single time did they answer. I called the flow dealership direct trying to reach someone, they refuse to speak to you about internet sales. I googled their reviews and seems this is common practice.

I've always buy my parts on Amazon, or local shops. Great experiences.
How much better/cheaper at GM parts direct, than Amazon?

Well, I get a discount at my dealer through a shop which usually is cheapest I can get but gmparts direct beat their pricing by $300. I’d gladly paid that $300 to have my parts already and not deal with this headache.
