Default Ecklers, a heads up.

Without going into the weeds explaining the details, I had a problem after 4 months of use with the convertible top cover (Cockpit Cover Reflect Cover) advertised performance that I purchased from Ecklers. I told them about the problem and they suggested I submit a warrantee claim. I provided the information they required me to send and submitted a claim. But after 7 months since submitting the information and numerous remainders, crickets; no resolution/explanation has been offered by them.

I prefer to purchase all my stuff for my C5 from the supporting CF vendors. When previously I had a rare issue on a purchase item or its advertising functions occur, I found the vendor has been very accommodating. That is except for Ecklers. This is just a ‘heads up’ for when you purchased a product from Ecklers and expect resolution to a problem.
