First off my order took 2+ weeks to arrive and then when it did they sent the wrong divider. I ordered the more expensive two sided one that has the corvette symbol on one side and says Z06 and then the other side says corvette. It's reversible so you can choose which side you want to be forward. I sent them pictures of it and they emailed back and said I received the right one which is false. So I emailed them back and showed them the part # and description from their site and explained to them I received the cheaper one. The money difference isn't really a big concern but I wanted the 2 sided one and ordered it and didn't get it. Any of you have experience with Ecklers? I doubt I will buy from them again.....

I have eliminated Ecklers from my buy vendor. They refused to live up to the warranty of a product even after I complied with their request for documentation. I spend many $$ with them over many years with my C5 and C3. No more. Buyer beware is my message.

I've bought loads of stuff from them for my C3 and never had a problem other than thinking their prices were a little high.

I have ordered several things from them without any problems. One incident sticks in my mind. One day I ordered a part. The next day I wanted to add to the order and called them up. I asked if I could add the item to my existing order. I was advised that the original order had already shipped. First I thanked them for their rapid service then lamented the fact that I would have to pay more shipping. The gentleman I was speaking with put me on hold and came back on the line and said he had spoken with his supervisor and they would send the additional items with free shipping. Can't complain about service like that! Needless to say, I still order from them.

I haven't ordered anything from them in a long time, but never had a problem. If it is not what you want, send it back and see if you can find one somewhere else. Not sure what it will cost in return postage to send it back though.

Although it's been a while since I ordered from them, over the years my experience with Eckler's has been very good. I've never had an issue. I would call and ask to speak with the sales manager and explain your concern. Sometimes one employee can tarnish the reputation of a very good vendor. They have been around for a long time and there has to be a reason for that. Ecklers was the first Corvette parts vendor that I purchased from back in 1978 for my first Corvette.

8 days since last email and nothing from Ecklers....... I would not recommend buying from them.

Still getting the run around and they are telling me they don't sell a two sided divider and if I want I can send it back and they can special order one but it will probably cost me a lot more. Ecklers will never get another dollar from me. Their description clearly states it has the corvette logo and Z06 emblem on one side and corvette on the other. The bad thing is they sell the single sided one cheaper and they are acting like the one i ordered is single sided. I guess I will chalk it up as a loss as they don't seem to want to do anything.

I'm not sure how they can dispute that and say I'm wrong but they've been doing it for close to 3 weeks with numerous emails.
