Corvette Mods problem
On July 27th I ordered a part from them.
I sent them an e mail a week or so ago and received no reply..
I called this morning to find out what was going on. I talked with a lady named Kerstin.She told me the part was back ordered. I stated that I want to cancel the order. She said she would turn the request in. I said this is not a request. She stated it could be on a truck. I asked for a shipping number and reminded her it was on back order. She again stated she would turn the request in. I asked to be transferred so I could talk with them. I was told they have no phones.
I am going to do a stop with my CC company next.
I will update this as soon as I hear something.
