There's always so many horror stories out there, I feel it's absolutely necessary to share a good experience for once. Bought a set of used 243 heads off Brandon 2 weeks ago and he promptly shipped and gave me a tracking number. Somewhere along the lines Fedex screwed up and the heads ended up traveling halfway cross country in the wrong direction. Even though he had nothing to do with it, he messaged me to ask if I'd received the heads. When I said no and they're going the wrong way, he went above and beyond to get it sorted out. He didn't have to do that and a lot of people don't. Thought this needed to be shared and I highly recommend anyone to buy from him with confidence!
