I am done with them. I'm beginning to wonder who the hell they hire or if they can even read of follow instructions.
Once again they have screwed up my order....and this is an easy one!!!!
Last time,I put a DOD kit together they forgot the timing chain, overcharged me and sent the wrong pushrods.This all took a month to resolve. Was told for my trouble they would discount my next order.
SOOOOOO I try again. I bring up the issues i had last time and the fact they offered a discount. Well it goes without saying they reneged on that promise, but I'm in a hurry and don't need to waste time on this so i go ahead and order my TSP 2" headers with no cats. SO he quotes me a price of 1300.00 ish and im like DUDE NO not the catted headers...the catless headers.....oh ok. We even talk about possible fitment issues.
So through all this they royally screwed up one order which took almost a month to resolve, offered a discount, reneged on the discount and screwed up another simple order. Not only that but parts are missing!!!
If i was this bad at my job people would die...

The parts themselves are fine. But they crawfished on a promise and screwed up again. I can even understand a missing part but what pisses me off is the broken promise and once you start adding all of it together........
I take everything i said about the quality back.....these are GARBAGE. I had to drill every hole on the flange just to get enough clearence to thread each bolt. I cant even use the rear pipe that goes to the muffler section. The bends are so bad they hit everything. Totally unusable. Even after drilling as large as i could and still have some clamping area, they still almost did not go.
Man that is crap that is why I go with the better name parts like LG, ARH, and so on I had KOOK headers the guy to tell me the best BS on a set of 2 inch headers that they where the new set up that didnt hit r burn a hole in the A/C line no more. Told me would stand behind them on it. Well I called them sent them a pic's on it was told from that I was good. Well two days it happen called the guy sent pic's was told he would call me back by the next day.
Well the end of two days after he didnt call me I called him was told they would have him call me back by closing. Well that didnt happen next day I got him on phone was told he was sorry but couldn't do nothing about it. Told me how to fix it with pulling the line off & having a new piece welded in & out of the way. So got up with Blownbluez06 in the c5 section got a piece cost me 125.00 plus having the A/C chg back up again.
So like you now with them I would never buy crap from them again.. Robert

Yeah they did the same **** to me. I talked to the "sales manager" and after about 15 minutes he told me to give him my email address and he would send me a message so I could send him fitment pics etc. But guess what..........no email received.

Obviously TSP monitors this section, that's EXACTLY why I put it here. So to make matters worse they wont even respond and their sales manager is full of crap!
Im done with them.
Ive bought small stuff from them, but every large purchase has been screwed up.
My next job is a 2002 ZO6 rotating assembly and SC. Was going to go with them before all this, but who knows what i might end up getting.
It does not appear the vendor will be responding in this thread, and posts are now mostly third parties not related to the transaction. So, the thread will be closed per Transaction Feedback rules.
