I am willing to pay the shipment charges whatever it is in cash ....... Although I already paid the shipment charges at purchase.
The shipment was door to door.... they refuse to deliver to my home.
I told them I could go to their warehouse pay the extra shipment charges and pick the property up myself.
They still refuse to give me the property.
I find this very odd and never had this sort of propblem before.
Hence my post here for advice on what to do next.
Soon as my bank is open today I will check to see what they can do.
If product can't be deliver or turned over to me.... hopefully the debit card company MasterCard can resolve this issue.

Your recourse is with the company you bought the product from- period.
Don't sit on your hands and wait for a return phone call- dog the crap out of them and demand your delivery today.
End of story.
If they cannot release your merchandise, cancel the purchase. Oh- and never pay on line with a debit card...check your account to insure you're not getting drained.

They will contact me later today to arrange delivery.
Hawaiian Ocean Transport claims the shipment was in their warehouse since this past Sunday 16 Dec.
This whole situation seems odd to me.
I have never had this happen with other shipment from the mainland.

Now put your debit card in a safe place and get yourself a credit card with no annual fee that gives you cash back or miles if that is your thing and you will have better protection in the future. And just pay it off every month.

Hope either Your card co. takes care of this or Discount tire does. Discount Tire is the ones who chose the transport Company, so I'd try to get them to resolve this.They have always treated me well in the past and they seem to be pretty good at personal service to retain their reputation for fair customer service.

However the Transport refuses.... shipment delivery and even my offer to pay them in cash for the extra charges.
Seems really odd to refuse cash for the extra charges.
Wheels are Touren ...... they appear to be a quality product. I'll let you guys know if it's cheapo crap after delivery.

The company just called and said they will deliver today before 12:00.
Yep I will inspect them upon delivery.
Discount Wheels Warehouse also called me this morning after straightening this out.
They are going to give me back $50.00 for the inconvenience which was cool 😎

apparently you have to be a member.... then emails start flooding my box.
Give me a recommended company with best cash back incentives and I'll get that one.

I am not a member there, just go to https://www.nerdwallet.com/ and search for cash back credit cards with no fees.
When I tried best cash back card.... the site dumped.
Weird **** going on.
I will try again later......
