Default Corvette Mods.com a scam company?

I ordered this from them yesterday but on facebook everyone is saying they are a scam company. Should I give them a chance to deliver or call my credit card company now for a dispute. I ordered it yesterday and need to have it by 22nd of Jan since the car goes in the shop on the 23rd to have this and a corsa extreme installed. Anyone dealt with them before? Doesn't look like anyone picks up if you call customer service.

I ordered some decals from them. They arrived promptly and looked great. No complaints on my end. I would order from them again.

Any stock item that is drop shipped is usually safe as they are only placing the order and then receiving sales commission. It's the custom and expensive performance products that you need to watch out for. Caveat Emptor.

Not the most reliable vendor many complaints, I would take my business elsewhere.

If you pay by CC, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

PayPal is even safer (and easier to recover from)

I hope they get it to you quick. Just curious, why did you not use one of the many vendors here? Or a trusted outfit like summit racing or Amazon?

Because I didn’t have time to look around and I showed the item to the guy at the performance shop if I’m ordering the right stuff and he didn’t say anything about them being con artists.

But PayPal is your money; with the CC it's the bank's $. With that said, I've never had an issue getting reimbursed for online CC purchase issues. It's simple, you fill out a form, they open a case, after 14 days or so, they credit your account or mail you a check. FWIW, this has been with Discover and Mastercard.

Corvette Mods are thieves... They stole intellectual property from me.
And I am a guy who is always willing to share my ones and zeros.

Corvette Mods was removed from the forum as a Vendor years ago and there are many, many threads in this section about them.

They will not be responding to this thread.
