Default Scammer alert.

I didn’t know how to or who to inform so I’ll just post it. Selling my tails and...

Sounds like a fraudulent Check scamming attempt. Either way, if it’s not pay pal... **** off accordingly

yep, I see this all the time when posting on craigslist. My reply is not printable on an open forum and they always go away.

Yeah, nobody "arrange[s] shipment through [their] private movers" for a set of tail-lights. That's ridiculous, and a clear scam.

My general strategy is that if someone's writing looks off, I don't even deal with them. More trouble than it's worth. Like in this case, either someone doesn't know how to use punctuation and capitalization, and they're going to be too annoying to work with, or they're scamming you. Either way -

The way I look at it. If there’s any doubt, there is no doubt.
Whats even more alarming than the nerve to try that, do people really fall for this ?

Remember, it costs them almost nothing to troll through craigslist and spam emails. Even if only 1 in 10 million falls for it, it's a profit.

There’s no mention of a transaction or the person or an ID of who the scammer might be.
