ZL1 addons.com - ugh.....
UPDATE: 3-12-9 - Received a call from John at ZL1addons.com today. He was very apologetic. He obviously cant be everywhere doing everything all the time and he had delegated email and voicemails to another employee who obviously wasnt doing his job. John offered to overnight the part to me. I told him that was not at all necessary, just send it normal shipping as it wasnt an emergency. That was exceptional that he offered that to me IMO. So, all is well in my world again!
Thank you to John for making this right!
I just dont get it sometimes.........
Placed an online order with ZL1addons.com for their magwheel assist tool. I want it as peice of mind to help prevent damage to my very expensive CCB rotors when removing and installing the wheels.
Order was placed on February 25. Paid with paypal. That same day I received an order confirmation email from them stating I would be informed when the item shipped. Great.
Didnt hear anything from them so on March 8 (two weeks after order was placed and paid for), I sent an email requesting a status update on my order. No response.
Sent another email on March 11 requesting a status update on my order. Immediately after I sent the email, I called the number on the website, got the dreaded answering machine and left a voicemail message.
Today still havent had any response from them, so I called the website number again and again left a message. So now they have 2 emails and 2 voicemails from me over the span of 3 business days.
I swear, how hard is it to return an email or voicemail to update a customer on their order?
If I dont get a response by tomorrow midday I will have no option but open a paypal dispute.
Just an FYI. I am sure some of you may have had excellent service or zero issues in your dealings with ZL1addons, but my experience so far has not been all that stellar.

Yep, may be doing just that. I am trying to be as patient as possible, but I think we all have better things to do than call any vendor every day, and wait for them to find time to call back.

There may be legitimate reasons for what you experienced, but that doesn't mean you have to wait to hear them. Some such operations are so "one man," that the slightest glitch totally Fs things up. All the best in any event.
