We agreed on a price and shipping for cabin partion on C5z car. I sent the Paypal for the price he requested, if it was more for shipping, i would pay it, if less he would refund me, sounds fair. He then says it is a bit more to ship to Canada, ok, i said we can split it or i will pay the total shipping. Gets back to me and says he is not interested in negotiation, ok i agree to pay the entire shipping costs. He gets back to me the next day and say i refunded your money, ok.. so i check paypal and says pending.. I May have my money back by May 24, even tho he refunded on May 15. So i have text his cell number twice asking for the deal and i will pay the shipping, I am getting no feedback from this guy. So I guess, if one deals with him, keep your eyes on your fries and be ready to have a a deal cancelled for no reason.
