Default Heads up!! Don't buy from them

I ordered an ATI Dampner from Colorado Speed. I asked for a tracking # several days after I ordered it, they told me I would get it as soon as they had it. So,now 10 days after ordering I send them another email asking for the tracking. I didn't hear back from them I called ATI only to find out they are on backorder until the end of June. So, I sent Colorado Speed another email stating what I found out and that I would like a refund. I get a reply saying they don't give refunds only store credit. Well, I looked at the return policy before I contacted them and it states I should receive a refund. So, I go back to look at the return policy and they added "Special One Time Pricing" Policy after the fact stating they only give credit on those orders. I actually took screen shots of the return policy before they changed it and I called him out on it and he said "Yeah we changed it, but the policy was always in place". So as of now he still refuses to refund my money. If you look at the picture and the go to the website, you will see where the new policy was added. I would post a pic of the new policy, but the guy blocked me from the website!

Just call your credit card company and dispute it.

How did you pay? Dispute the sale if with credit card.

Good luck dealing with those losers. I never will, thanks to your post.

This is the same crap Maryland speed pulled.
They ended up being put out of business.
if you have been charged on your credit card
contact the credit card company and file a report
immediately with the Colorado Attorney Generals office.
We don’t need people like this in business!

I beg to differ, this is not like Maryland Speed who collected your money & waited until they had enough orders to get a discount from the manufacturer, it looks to me like the MANUFACTURER has the backorder, what is the vendor supposed to do here but wait until the items are shipped to them?

Welcome to the world of performance parts. Especially when placing orders in the spring.

Definitely file a dispute with the credit card company. They should be able to get it resolved in your favor.
