Bad experience with Ecklers
They are not my go to vendor anyway but ordered sport seat for for my 90 ZR-1. They dropped shipped the foam from another supplier. I sent the foam and seats to Al Knoch - where I bought the covers from. Seats on foam are not available for sport. Anyway a couple of weeks later, Al Knoch (rep) called me and said the Ecklers foam was wrong. I called Ecklers and told them I could not use the foam but I had shipped it to Texas from Alabama and would not be able to get the wrong foam back until Al Knoch sent the seats (shipping was almost the value of the foam). They put in notes in my order that it would be ok to send them back when they arrived from Al Knoch. Well, they arrived yesterday , I called Ecklers today to confirm my return, they FOUND the notes where I called in right after I got the wrong foam, but because it has been over 0 days , and even though they said they wouldn't charge me the 25% restocking fee, they can no longer honor that and my return will be deducted 25%. This will be my last dealings with Ecklers.
