Default RPI Recent Purchase

Happy to offer up a positive review of a recent RPI purchase.
I ordered a C6 coupe waterfall and was told turn around time for the order would be 4-6 weeks.
Very happy to say that this piece arrived well ahead of the estimate.
Two weeks to the day I placed the order FedEx was pulling up.
I’d also like to point out that customer service (and Don) quickly responded to questions I had.
Now on to the quality of the piece.
No issues at all with the fit and finish! Arctic White looks great and the clear is evident.
I would make one suggestion - include directions (and maybe a surface cleaner) with the optional flag.
The flag comes in two parts.
A base and then the flag itself.
I wasn’t sure if I should affix the base first and then the flag or put them together and then put them on the waterfall.
An email to customer service immediately answered my question.
Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend RPI.

Rpi says it takes 4 to 6 weeks to paint a waterfall, but gets it done in two. I order a painted ignition switch, don't get any sort of lead time from them, and it's been crickets for 6 weeks. They don't seem interested in answering the phone either.

Have you sent Don a PM?
Also - I found someone who works for them very responsive.
Send an email to anuran11800@gmail.com.
Would be very surprised if you don’t hear back.

I was given an email adress to send my questions to. It has only been a day, so I am not going to get all uppity about them not getting back to me right away. It's been rough going the phone route, they have been responsive over Facebook messenger, just not with answers regarding an eta. If I don't hear from the representative I emailed in a few days, I'll give your contact a try. Thanks for sharing the email adress with me.

RPI standard operating procedure in my experience. Forum sponsor though 🤷‍♂️

Default Satisfied RPI Customer

Ordered a C7 Waterfall Extension custom painted Daytona Sunrise Orange Metallic with carbon flash flags. It took 12 weeks to get delivered but they tell you right up front, that it may take awhile for custom painted parts, and the Daytona Sunrise isn’t as common a color to be spraying. It arrived well wrapped and packed and looks just amazing! I am more than satisfied! Special shout out to Anuran Saha for responding as soon as I emailed asking for a status. 12 weeks is longer than anticipated - but they had the product I wanted - and for the the best price I could find. Bottom Line for me - the product looks amazing and I am a completely satisfied customer!
