Let's face it, it is not going to take much effort to put Steve's mind more at ease, while everyone waits for the window sticker. They could start by closing up the car and locking it. They could put a big sign on it "SOLD, DO NOT TOUCH". They could cordon the car off. The could put a cover over it. They could also lose their bad attitude, and stop telling Steve the car will not receive "special treatment". If they did these simple things, which take almost no effort, instead of an upset customer, you would just have an impatient one right now.

that is what it is ..it is all Because of experiences like this I know lots of people who just go over to Foreign cars and perhaps it may not be relevent to do this but this is what happens all the time along with the bad reputation American cars carry. Perhaps if the corporation and dealerships get their acts together more people will buy American may not make sense but that is it.

I'd cancel the order, and get a refund.
