Wow, those look great! I've been looking for a set of black rims w/ red strip 9.5x18 & 11x19 for my C6 Z51 to use for my road coarse/track day setup. I haven't had ay luck yet.

Do you want forged or repros? If forged, your limited to HRE unless you want to go +1"... repros look nice too with the red strip. We just did a custom paint job on a set of 18x8.5" / 19x11" ZR1's in Gloss Black with a Jet Stream Blue pin stripe... looks hot! I'll post some pics when I get them back from the customer...

Regarding size, I'd like run the 18x9 or 9.5 front, 19x10.5 or maybe 11" rear. I want the outside of the wheel to be in the same position as stock. The problem w/ the 11" wide rear wheels is when the suspension is complete hanging, the rim touches the rear upper control arm. So a 10.5" would probably be best in the rear for road racing were you may lift of on some tracks with a little "jump".
Currently I have a set of factory Chrome 5 spokes w/ GY F1's. I just bought a set of OEM Chrome 5 spokes from a Forum member. Those have been widened 1" to 18x9.5 and 19x11 and have Michelin PS 275-35R18 & 305-30R19.
I am thinking about sending my factory fronts out to be widened to 18x11 to mount a M/T Drag Radial 2 for occasional street and dragstrip duty... or find something already done that will do the job and look stock.
With all the rims and all the engine work I've just buttoned up, I can't really sink another 4grand into a set of rims and then put tires on them.

The black w/ red stripe would be my road coarse/track day rims, so they would just have to put up w/ the abuse of that and be relatively light (same or less weight as my OEM 5 spokes). I'm not a fan of the "web" looking rims at all... just my preference for what I want. I'd like a nice 5 spoke design or a split 5 spoke would possibly work too (like the one above).

Hi Corvette-Wheels,
thinking about upgrading my stock 2000 thin spokes to a beautiful forged 3 piece wheel. I would like to see the photos of the wheel you mentioned below.
Here is a link to my favorite wheel:
I would love to price these out with a Nassau Blue pinstripe.
Your +1" recommendation sounds OK. I want a stock look without tubbing or handling, or scraping issues.
Thanks,
Domenic "Blu Angel"
