Yep, no problem. I am running 275's on all 4 corners with no problems. In fact that is what comes stock with the Z07 option.

Mine had 275's all the way around when I got the car so I cant compare but I can say that it drives and handles great. I'm thinking of putting some 98-C5 wheels on my car that will put me back at 285's or 295's on the rear.
