Run what I have or change to a differant tire and wheel set up?
Well I'm adding boost to my 06 Z06 and know I will be having traction issued. I'm not sure what my best options are. I really don't want to crash the car due to lack or traction. I've ran my 600RWH Whipple cobra on drag radials and they were not the best for high speeds. I also Ran Toyo Proxes and they worked the best all around. The car would run 11.6@125 on street tires with soft launch.
Right now the car has a set of 285/30R19-front and 335/25R20-rear, Mich pilot sport Zero PSI run flats on GM cup wheels(as seen in my profile pic) These wheels and tires are off of a ZR1 and have about 2,000 easy miles on them. You can still see the mold nubs. They have the 06 tire PSI sensors in them.
I also have the stock silver wheels with Mich sport cup tires. Fronts are about 25% life and rears are about 60% life.
Trying to figure out my best options as this is a 85-90% street car. It will see little track time but driven hard on the street. No much or a road racer more of a straight line guy.
1) Go with drag radials and give up tire life and rain safety. Really bad for road trips.
A) Use the stock wheels?
B) Use the Cup wheels?
C) Sell both set and buy a set of 18/19 cup replicas or some other wheel
2) Run a good set of none run flats on the 19/20 cup wheels, like a Toyo Proxes T1R or T1Sport. and sell the stock wheels
3) Sell everything and buy a good set of street tires in the stock sizes?
4) powder coat the stock wheels and test out the sport cups that are on it and see how the hook up?
I know the current tires are good for a street car but they are not going to cut it now. I should probable replace them while they are still like new. What direction should I be going to get the best all around safety, traction and tire life.

I'm thinking a set of these all around in 345/25R20 on the rear and 275/30R19 on the front
Will 345's fit on the rear?

You have so many questions and so many variables in those choices. You also appear to have conflicting/opposing requirements. Therefore it's hard to give you input.
I'd say don't worry about it until you have the boost. Try it out...if you need more traction, you're probably better off going smaller rims (and running similar width but meatier sidewall tires).
Option 1C is where I'd be leaning.
Better rubber in a 19/20 setup may not help you enough from a traction standpoint (is what I hear). I'd probably opt for an 18/18 or 18/19 setup.

Again , you might just buy 2 wider wheels in 18's and check how you like 345-30-18 Michelin Pilot Sport Cups that I have for sale. Great grip when warmed up , lightest from whatever in on the market , street legal , will easy survive in the rain , they are never used and at great price. I need to sell them , I run the SAME tires daily , just 315's .

As posted above, I have a set of cup tires on stock wheels with what I thought to be 60% but are more like 80% left. I am going to give them a shot for traction.
I sold the 19/20 set up and order 18/19 Cup wheel set up with 345/30r19 on the rear in the Mich pilot sports. So I will be abele to test the traction difference in both. I need a good all around set for road trips. If the Pilot sports do not hold well under hard driving under boost then I will try the cups. After I find what works I will buy a 2nd set of rear wheels for the Cups or drag radials. Then I will have 2 1/2 sets of wheels and tires.
1 set of 18/19 cup wheels with Mich pilot sports for daily and road trips.
1 set of 18/19 stock wheels with a good set up cup tires for road racing
1 pair of 19 Cup wheels with cup tires or drag radials for messing around town or drag strip.
