we need new tires on 2000 coupe . we've purchased tpms sensors and know what tires we are getting but have talked about getting different wheels also . wifes car , wife likes c6 zr 1 wheels [ the ones with 20 ''spokes''] , wife does all financial transactions and i am ''labor'' . i'm about to turn 77 years old and i'm concerned about being able to maintain these wheels to my standards . the stock 5 spoke wheels aren't to bad i can even zaino them by reaching between spokes but since i've never seen the zr 1 wheels i don't know if the openings will permit me to get hands through to zaino them . is there a way for me , a SOFT brush or ''moppy'' like thing which would work and permit proper care by an old guy . i use a ''moppy'' like baby bottle thing on here daily driver but doubt it's long enough for vette wheels . lastly , we have trouble getting through a tank of gas in a year so we can put fresh in it for over wintering . i don't need to do the wheels weekly just half dozen times a year . . . peace and thanks .
