Default Non Runflats, who's running with No TPMS

I'm just wondering whats the pro Vs cons of running with no TPMS in their cars if you have non run flats? Obviously, it's really important if you have run flats as you might not recognize that you have a flat tire till it's too late without the sensor's........ HST though, with reg Non run flat's, I'm sure you don't need the DIC to give you a heads up you've lost pressure, your gonna know !
I'm looking to see what the consensus is here to see what member's are doing with their cars and non run flats.

I bought new wheels, HST, my 08 TPMS sensors (I'm thinking) are due to crap out. Sooo, why break apart original wheels/tires just to get at old sensors to put in new wheels/tires. Will be buying new Non run flats, so was looking to see what other members are doing (or would do). I'd still want to hear...........
