My wife and I were headed home from a monthly Corvette Club dinner meeting last night in Salisbury,Md. On the bypass it’s one lane where there is construction, well where traffic mergers from downtown to the one lane bypass I hit something that made the left front of my GS jump up and heard aloud bang. Whatever it was it ripped the side wall of my front NEW Mitchlin Pilot Super Sport. There’s a hole you can reach your hand in! Was lucky I didn’t go into the Jersey wall.We caught a ride home with a friend who lives near us. Now my Vette is 1 1/2 hour away while I wait on a new tire I had to order. So I guess the good luck out weighes the bad!
