Yup. Like roaches. They get one kicked off and 3 more pop up. But we still keep swinging. Nothing like wasting good money on attorney fees doing it though. What pisses me off is Amazon could help prevent this or at least make it easier for people to report it and get it taken down.

We have found a tremendous amount of fake Attack blue filters on Ebay now as well. Its unbelievable what they are doing.
Each one is unique in their way of violating or infringing upon Attack Blue's intellectual property. Some are straight up using the name "Attack Blue" Others use Attack Blue's pictures Data, dyno sheets...etc The funniset one (well not really) was some have "Made in the USA!" yet ships from China.
Unbelievable.

Still have people selling fake filters on both Amazon and Ebay. We are still trying to get the word out.
Some of the stickers on the box (not the filter) now say "Attack Blue". It's unbelievable. Ebay refuses to help. Knowing all of this, it has me thinking "what else is bs and being sold. Makes me gun shy about ordering on Ebay and Amazon lately.

Now on ebay there are about 7 overseas "companies" that are selling fake Attack Blue filters and they are flat out using the name Attack Blue and saying its "Authentic" .
They are also using all of Attach Blues pictures and data sheets.
However it also says it ships from China...
We have reached out to eBay's fraud team and they are dragging this out and making us jump through hoops. It's unbelievable.
Again, I apologize for jamming up the forum with threads like this.
Unfortunately it's the only way we can get the word out for now. This is obviously impacting sales for all Attack Blue distributors but more important it could harm its AB's reputation which took so long to get it where it is today.

This was disputed to ebay. Total trademark infringment. Fake Attack blue knock off.
Attack Blue name. Attack Blue pictures. Attack Blue data/performance results (you can see its shipped from chnia).
A reply was received in chinese. Used google translate. Bottom line, the dispute was DENIED!!!!!!

This is not just a trademark issue—it’s a quality and safety concern. These are NOT our products. They are not made with our materials, standards, or testing. Quite simply, no one knows what filtration media is being used in these knockoffs.
Its amazing how some platforms like ebay make it so difficult to file a claim. Almost designed to discourage so you throw in the towel. In the meantime we post here hoping to get the word out.

I wish I could say this is over. But its not.
Ebay makes it next to impossible to get rid of these phony filters and deceiving companies.
I noticed these "companies" sell a ton of other items on ebay. A lot of money being made through and for ebay. But I'm sure that has nothing to do with our struggle....

It seems things are turning around. I'm seeing less fake filters from china with the name "Attack Blue" in the title (yes they were doing that). Some are still using the actual Attack Blue pictures, graphs and info though. So be careful. And if you decide to ever purchase one on ebay or Amazon, please choose from one of the names we listed in the very first post.

We are finally seeing less of these fake filters on Amazon and Ebay. The few that are left have removed the name "Attack Blue" from the title. They are still using some of the actual Attack Blue pictures and data. But it's thinning out.
We also get calls now asking questions about what to look for when buying on Amazon or ebay. Its working!
To a small business like us, this is tremendous and we can't thank you and this forum enough for spreading the word!
