Fuel pump noise - but not the pump!

I believe we are all experiencing the same thing.
We had our first 85 degree day here... and after 30 minutes, the NOISE RETURNED!
So like you, I've now installed a new fuel pump AND filter, plus cleaned the rear wheel ground point.. And the noise persists...
And it still fluxuates with the turn signal.
Through all of this, the pump operates normally.. Never had a mis-fire of any sign of fuel starvation.
