Modded Ls7 fuel rails sufficient for 750rwhp on e85?

Default Modded Ls7 fuel rails sufficient for 750rwhp on e85?
Im having issues with my fuel pressure not boosting 1:1 so I'm going through my fuel setup questioning all components.
Here is a picture of my Ls7 rails. Two 8an fittings have been welded onto the end of the rail. Im using the oem feed as my return. Is this sufficient for 750rwhp on e85. Or is this causing a restriction? Thank you
