Bad experience with Trackspec
I had to follow up several times for that refund to be issued too. It should have been issued at the same time the email promising it was sent.
This isn't exactly trackspec's fault, but they didn't ship with DHL like I requested so it sort of is, dealing with customs and UPS was a nightmare that ended up delaying the shipment even further.
The radiator finally arrived and due to poor packaging from trackspec and/or poor handling from UPS the package was damaged. One of the fittings had broken through the boxes. It doesn't appear damaged, luckily.
They told me they would remove the DHL shipping option from their website on April 17 but it's still available today almost a month later.
The radiator's going in tomorrow, and the track day is Thursday. Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong.
It's a shame because they obviously have some quality parts, but this level of service is just unacceptable to me. I was considering buying some of their wheels but I'll be going another route.
