Default C8 Spain Homologation help

Looking to bring my '23 Stingray to Spain, got everything set up (transportation costs, fees, taxes, agents, customs, inspections, ITV, etc.) all except for the European spec rear taillights which I can't find.
There's a conversion service out of Poland but trying to find other options. Wondering if GM would sell me a set.

Has anyone here dealt with Spain import/homologation regs and process?
Any idea where I can find a set of european spec rear tailights? Either EU or US.

Thanks & saludos ...Luis
