Just go to the link you have attached, from there you can send the seller a message asking if the vehicle is still for sale.

BAT does not allow you to directly contact another user once an auction has closed, unless you are the winning bidder and the seller

Contact the local Corvette club in Roswell, GA (Atlanta area) and somebody there will know of this car. The seller states that he often took it to car shows.
