Default 1985 C4 Dash assembly sequence

Does anyone have a write up or literature for complete dash, wiring, a/c, etc assembly. I dont want to make a mistake in the order and miss something.

Hi John,

The video I have linked here doesn't show A/C but it does depict heater core removal and you can see a lot from that. It's not everything you'll need to know but definitely a step in the right direction. Hope this is helpful.

I've had the interior gutted in my 85, the FSM is a great reference to use to see where various modules and harnesses are supposed to lay. If you have completely removed the interior air box, that definitely needs to go in first. Then the dash brace structure, pedals, ecu mount. I would lay wiring in after that, then you can install the dash itself. It is a lot of work. Probably one of the more daunting things I have done to a car. But take it slow, grab a helper if you can and it will be together in time.
