These cars are great for taking trips! I went over to the lake and shot a few photos of the eagle population. I saw four eagles, including an eaglet in a nest. I visited two nests in pine trees near the water.
So comfortable to drive in this car and listen to my favorite music. Navigation turns right in the HUD.
I had a slow poke in front of me on a two-lane road coming back. I gave Bumblebee some gas to get around him, and WOW! What a beast!
The ERay is a great vehicle to take a trip in. Only several weeks after receiving mine, we took a trip to meet up for the museum sponsored tail of the Dragon run. I left my house with under 290 miles, and had over 2000 by the time I got home. Get all my break done in less than a week.

My E-Ray is so much more a road trip car than my Z06 was. Z06 was a great hop in and beat it up but after a while it got annoying. I could play in the E-Ray all day everyday does it all in All weather. Love this car.
I loved your pictures!
It’s even great on long road trips. I picked mine up at the Museum on January 31st. Outside temp was 10 that morning. Took off for Naples Fl around 2:15 that afternoon. I was immediately impressed with how planted the car felt. Drove south on I65 through Alabama to Tallahassee, arrived around 12:30 AM, changed gears from 8th to 7th every 10 minutes or so until we hit the 500 mile break in period. Tallahassee to Naples was a fun 6 hour drive. 996 miles when I pulled in my driveway way. Drove it in several different modes, including weather during a short rain storm. I find more features every time I drive it. My new favorite on the infotainment screen is in the “Performance “ section, shows the electric and gas HP side by side. The front axle is rated at 160 hp, mine hits 170, full throttle and a little running room. Gas engine easily hits 495.
I always use Z mode to disable V4 activation. Chevy has discontinued cylinder deactivation because of long term damage. It can also be disabled by driving in Manual mode. I get 22.7 at steady 78 mph on highway speeds in Z mode
