A simple google search will give you the results you need. Not sure why you want or need the god awful gaudy covers because they are going to be ugly, cheap, and fake looking compared to the stock calipers.
It's your car do what you want. And if you do get caliper covers, I actually have a set of yellow ones in my garage I never put on but if you actually do get them they were protect the stock powder coated calipers. That way if you ever sell the car or you want to change the look, you can just take the caliper covers off. Anyway here's the website and the picture of my caliper covers that I did put on my Dodge Charger. The other ones that I have in the garage with the Corvette are for Stingray
Your car comes from the factory with cool big brakes, why would you want to cover those up? Caliper covers usually used to cover small sliding calipers to look like big fixed caliper brakes. So I don't see the point in this case. Plus they retain heat so your brakes actually perform worse.
Everyone’s different so I could understand wanting to keep them clean and looking new. I’ve had my Z for 8 years now with no covers and still look brand new without any covers. Fairly easy to wipe down and cleaned occasionally just wipe off with 25,000 miles on the clock and still look brand new. They’re way to awesome looking to hide those beasts. Plus in my opinion they look cheap and ugly
Caliper covers are great, I put them on my Z07's ugly 6 piston fixed calipers to cover that ugly machined aluminum block and crisp paint.
I also ordered a Ford Pinto exterior body kit to cover up the C7 body so it looks like a classic Pinto. It's on backorder though due to high demand.
Does anybody know of a manufacture that makes caliper covers for 2019 Grand Sport?
You know what's crazy, you didn't ask anybody for their opinion. So **** their opinion. If you specifically asked for that's different. I've had post a specifically ask for opinion and I've had posts saying what I was going to do and asking for links. There's a big difference. Anyway I gave you the link to the top manufacturer of caliper covers. You can customize them too on the website.

It's the internet and a forum so opinions are going to be rampant. It is his car and he can do whatever he wants. He can also take the opinions and think about them and choose to change his mind. They look stupid and everyone knows they're fake. When you go to a car show people are laughing at them and making fun of them. If they tell you they look good they either have poor taste or are lying to you. You know what? People do the same thing to people who bring a stock car to a show or people who have a beater car and bring to the show. They also do it when you bring out your Corvette that you drive less than 100 miles per year and only take it out to car shows so you can say "my car has less than 2000 miles". But ultimately you do you. That's what's great about living in America just don't expect everyone to walk on egg shells because you might find it offense, even if it's true.

That's your opinion they look stupid and they look fake. Any guy modding his car is fine with me. I've learned to appreciate it all. I like old school Chrome like Wheels but a lot of people hate them and that's fine I appreciate it black wheels.
But you're right useless opinions on the internet don't mean much to a man like me. I'm going to do what I do. And if he wants to put caliper covers in on his car there's nothing wrong with that. Obviously they don't look fake and cheap to him is my point. And they don't look cheap and fake to me which is why I own a pair for my car. The only reason they're not on is because I decided to go with powder coating calipers from one of our vendors after my aerolarri wheels arrive. Anyway it's just bullshit ******* internet opinions, like you said, it's not that heavy. But he can do whatever the hell he wants with his car. And regardless of who decided to chime in with their opinion he never asked for it is my point.

tell me about it
I'm already expecting major flaming when I roll into shows with my Pinto body covers.
People will say crazy things like, "why did you put Pinto body panels on that Z07?"
or, "that looks like crap, why would you do that"
But you know what, haters gonna hate. I just say "talk to the hand cause the face don't want to hear it"
Oh please don't put caliper covers on, they look like tacky cheap add ons from the auto parts store. If you can, get them powder coated. It's a Corvette, not a powerwheels car from Walmart.

Slideshow: A Jaguar designer's personal project imagines what a modern front-engined Corvette might look like if Chevrolet revisited the golden age of the Stingray.
