should i buy a lemon/butback c7? 🤔
hello here is a link to c7 i am looking at it has a lemon/buyback title… anyone ever have experience with a vehicle with that title? is it worth getting? seems to be a good price and carfax doesnt specify what the exact issue was can anyone check lol you guys are alot more knowledgeable then i am… is this worth a buy? thank you for your input

6 owners, the 6th one sold it after 2 months. Why? Same dealer is selling it after 6th owner. I'd want to know what happened there. It's a non-Z51, 55k miles, lemon buyback. Looks like owner 3 had all the problems, mostly transmission. Could have been the infamous shudder that is fixed by a triple flush service. The 3rd owner ended up doing a lemon buy back in California. Doesn't seem like many problems were on the Carfax after the 3rd owner. Check brakes and tires. Were all fluids changed? Will your insurance co insure it? Send them the VIN and check. If it's close enough go take a look and a drive. Just remember that if you ever decide to sell it, you'll have this branded title as an obstacle. Be prepared to sell it cheap. What other ones have you found out there to compare to this one? I'd shop around.

@Zjoe6 thanks for your response and research thats like the cheapest one (for obvious reasons) i seen in my reigon for the price.. something like this price would be the only way i can experience the car at the moment all the c7’s with clean titles same mileage are around 40…would you grab this up? title is definitely UGLY but i was thinking maybe i can be lucky lol and they fixed the issues … should i keep on dreaming

I pretty much covered all my thoughts in the first post. The entire car is not my type of corvette so I wouldn't personally buy it. Whether you should buy it or not is your call. Good luck whatever you decide.

@Holly C7 Z06 MT i like the newer models they look nicer to me and more modern… the c6 looks alittle outdated in my opinion
