How is the undercarriage as far as corrosion, being from PA? What wheels and tires will come without the C7 ones? Has it been repainted, are stripes painted or decals?

The car was refinished about 4 years ago at a cost of $5,000.00
The white stripes are painted on and the red highlights are vinyl.
