Default Codes after air filter change

Hello, my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. With 21K miles A8, all stock. I changed the air filter with a new AC Delco filter and AC Delco cabin filter and confirmed the vent tube and MAS harness is plugged in correctly to intake tube and red tab now locked. Originally when I started up the fans came on full blast and wouldn't turn off, but I noticed the red tab on the MAS wasn't pushed in. Fans no longer running at startup. I'm now getting service rear end and service stabilitrak. ( I understand that is typically a safe mode and probably not an issue once I figure out these codes). Currently Getting codes: p0300, p0113, p2227, p2228 codes. (Was also getting p0306, but that is no longer showing) Car is shaking at idle in driveway and undrivable feeling with the rear end codes. Tried unplugging negative cable overnight while doing a deep trickle charge on battery. Cleared codes with cheap scan tool and I twice removed the MAS and sprayed with MAS cleaner and let it dry. No improvement, then checked all tubes near cabin air filter and emissions for anything broken and listened for air leaks, intake tube is on correctly with no cracks????? Maybe I did something to MAS and should buy a new AC Delco one??

Did you do a google search for these codes? May lead you to the problem. For example, searching GM diag code p0113 gets you:

The P0113 code indicates a high input signal from the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor, often caused by a faulty sensor, wiring issues, or an open circuit.

Double check any wiring and vacuum tubes bumped or displaced for loose connectors / fittings.

Service stabilitrak and rear axle are often due to low voltage at startup. Battery service / replacement may be in your near future.

So you cleared all the codes and what has returned on the next ignition cycle ??...the P2227 and P2228 (BARO codes) and P0113 all point to your Multifunction Intake Air Sensor....ensure it is plugged in correctly...the rear end and stabilitrack are illuminated by default whenever you have a misfire...good luck !!

Currently Getting codes: p0300, p0113, p2227, p2228 codes. Checked all hoses and connections

The last 3 DTC's refer to your Multifunction Sensor...if it is plugged in correctly and with your scan tool hooked up and ignition on with engine off look at your BARO and IAT data PIDS...BARO should be close to atmospheric pressure at sea level and IAT should be fairly close to your outside air temperature if the car has been sitting for awhile...sorry but can't diagnose this for you over the internet...find a diag shop in your area...and get rid of that cheap scan tool...you can use it as a wheel chock and trouble codes are not part numbers so don't just go out and buy a new sensor.

If everything was ok before changing filters I would go back and check the air filter, make sure the tabs are locked into the bottom of the box and is sealed properly. It must be something that you disturbed.

Yea, I've taken it apart about about 6 times now to confirm. Everything is perfect. Tabs in correctly, filter is correct and seated properly. All clamps correct and plugged in correctly.

Disconnect the MAF and inspect the pins? Maybe you bent one? You would not be the first...

I checked it several times 😕. I think I'm going to try a replacement AC Delco one at this point.

My best guess is that something happened to the MAF or wiring durning the air filter replacement.

Follow C5's advice and look very closely at all the wiring associated with the MAF.
