Default ZTK riser/stanchion replacement_user error

I was removing the high wing to have some new PPF applied when I carelessly struck one of the risers with a tool causing chipping/cracking. Extremely embarrassing, yes, but now in need of a replacement. I’ve been researching for a week but striking out. Thanks in advance for the help!

I placed an order for ZTK riser on this exact site last week but GM dealer fulfilling order stated the part was back ordered and GM had no intention to producing part and recommended canceling order.

I ordered a new OEM splitter for my C7 ZR1 just to have it on the shelf “just in case”
I got the same answer from the dealer. He wanted me to cancel because it was the easy way out for him. What I found out was if it said backordered it very well may ship; they may have to wait weeks for a production date. I also found out that GM might have just canceled the order if it was not going to happen. The fact that it said backordered was a positive sign. At any rate a few weeks later it shipped.and BTW, this was in March of 2026.
Just food for thought, not sure if this will apply to your situation?

Oh wow. I actually just bought that exact part from them a couple months ago. Took maybe 10 days but it showed up. Maybe I got the last one in national inventory?

Well that’s no good. Can you repaint the one you have? “Carbon flash” is pretty easy to get touch up paint for. Or fully repaint it.

I hear ya. But this chip/crack worries me to withstand the stress.

Ended up begging local dealer to place order and just wait it out in hopes GM pulls thru on this part!
