Do you have any other aftermarket shifter in the car currently? I have an MGW but I've been considering giving the Tick a try.
I have tried a brand new MGW which i did not like at all, way too short throw and a TMOD Customs lower box and stick which i highly recommend and liked a lot. I have barely driven the car with the Tick Performance shifter since i got it back from the shop. As i get more seat time i will post back here, however the short drive home from the shop i definitely give the Tick unit

Thanks.. I tried the TMOD route but unfortunately his products and customer service in my case were dogshit.
Keep me updated on the Tick as I've had two different MGW and they feel the same with the same issues at times.
