Almost all state parks and state hiking trails prohibit dogs in California.
It is because people don’t pick up after their dogs and in California there are no consequences for breaking the laws.
It would be nice if the sate park rangers and law enforcement would actually issued citations to people.
Its disgusting when you have to constantly watch that you don’t step in someone else’s dogs poop on sidewalks, and in areas where you can still take your dog.
It won’t be long before they start closing state parks and hiking areas all together.
The people who live here are pigs and litter the parks and open areas with their trash and anything else they can dump.
We hate California and it’s getting worse every day.
