1957 Corvette automatic Power Glide transmission leaking leakage
I have an original 1957 Vette with the cast iron Power Glide transmission.. It has been stored for a year and does now start and run and drives but the transmission is leaking. I have taken it to an experienced Vette antique repair shop in the Dallas Texas area and have been told that the transmission it is so substantially leaking that no one they have or that they have contacted is willing to attempt to repair the leakage. I was told it is "leading all over". Is there any specialist in the Dallas Texas area or anywhere with experience in repairing this vintage transmission who I can contact or even send the transmission to to have the leadage repaired.. Thanks for any guidance.
