Roof Panel - Remove and Replace

I just ordered one of those handles. I practiced removing and replacing the roof by myself today, and managed to do so without damaging it or my car, but it was enough of a struggle that I don't know my luck will always be that good. I suspect that handle will make a huge difference - thanks for the suggestion!

would suggest help regardless unless quite strong and tall it weighs about 22 lbs and is a disaster if dropped.

Can someone who uses the lift handle post a photo of where you fasten it? It sounds good, but I am having a hard time understanding how it makes it easier than not using the handle. It seems like it will still take two hands to control it.

Taking Off Car
Lift roof off track with left hand on center of front and right hand on center of rear of roof.
Lean back about 45 degrees, and rest roof flat on your chest, then swivel roof and reposition hands to sides of roof. Make sure there is nothing on shirt that will scratch roof, obviously.
Place in storage front first.
Takes me about 20 seconds start to finish.
Placing On Car
Lift roof out with both hands.
Lean back about 45 degrees, and rest roof flat on your chest, then swivel roof and reposition hands to front and rear of roof.
Place roof ON car lightly. Make sure both rubber tabs on car at the rear of both sides of the roof are tucked under the roof.
Tap down lightly with palm of hand on front center until roof in place.
Latch
Takes me about 35 seconds start to finish
