Have you unboxed, and "unfolded" it?

Or, you could set it up on a pair of bar stools that have backs on them, or maybe a pair of tall saw horses, and see how "level" it is.

I took it out of the box immediately upon arrival. It was a spur of the moment purchase when CC was running a promotion. I was a little concerned at the time about the crease issue but assurances that they would relax after being out of the box. I’d say I have had it for close to 3 years due to a move across state and a lengthy and ongoing remodeling projects. It’s been languishing unfolded in my attic ever since. I will have to take your suggestion and see if I can see a noticeable difference in mine.

Sounds like you bought yours, around the same time as I bought mine, as I do remember CC was running a promotion, which spurred me to buy it.
