Default RPI Design, what is going on?

Greetings,
Have not posted in years simply because I was in the process of retiring after 53 years service from Federal Government, and relocating from Virginia to Florida several years ago. I ended up selling my beautiful C7 as is was necessary, and have just purchased a new car (rather not say), but I love it. So point is I went back to RPI to order a painted piece RPI Design on April 2nd, order and payment accepted, called back April 20th, follow with email, stating part was on backorder and should be out of shop by two weeks. Well that time has come and gone. Tried calling goes to voice mail, sent emails so far no response. I was wondering have other people experienced problems with orders? Are they sandbagging because they are going out of business. Josh seemed to be straight shooter and honest in the past, should I be concerned? Does anybody know what is going on at RPI. FYI the part they said was back ordered is readily available both at performance dealers and at the Car Company Parts Department. No backorder issues according to my sources in the business, so what is going on at RPI? Thank you, Collin MacDonald
